Key Expired

When attempting to initiate your Antivirus scan and you are not connected to the internet, you may encounter the error Status: KeyExpired
Error message example:

  • An error occurred when performing the scan
  • Status: KeyExpired

Steps to resolve

  1. Ensure you are connected to the internet   
  2. Attempt to initiate antivirus scan

If the above steps do not work proceed to restart your machine and then attempt to connect to the internet.
